Full-Service Planning Service Option:
This option will let you relax knowing that all of the logistics are being handled by someone capable so that you can show-up and be the host of your event with nothing to worry about.

  • Help creating, and sticking to a budget
  • Venue selection
  • Vendor selection including invitations, florals, linens, caterer, menu and more
  • Vendor negotiation and management
  • Event design, strategy and development
  • Event timeline, flow and itinerary
  • Set-up and break-down
  • Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event

Partial Planning Option:
You enjoy the planning process, but possibly you’re running out of time or you are concerned about forgetting key details.

  • Up to twelve (12) hours of consultations, appointments and/or meetings via phone, email and in-person
  • Help staying on budget
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Event design
  • Event timeline, flow and itinerary
  • Set-up and breakdown
  • Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event
  • Additional consultation can be added if necessary


Day of Event Coordinating:
If have have already planned everything and don’t want to worry about anything on the big day, then day-of coordinating service is a great option. 

  • Two – (2) hour consultation in order to gather all needed information about your event
  • Walk through of all venues
  • Event timeline, flow and itinerary
  • Set-up and breakdown
  • Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event
  • Additional consultation can be added if necessary
