Events are my passion and this includes every aspect of them.  This ranges from table placement, linens, food, beverage and most of all what the guests and clients take away from it.  I am based out of Jersey City, NJ and have the means to plan locally, nationally and abroad.

I acquired my undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University in Hospitality Management and a master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University. My other professional and scholarly experiences include: working both in the front and back of the house for Charleston Place Hotel and Marriott International, studying food, wine and culture while living in Italy, planning and overseeing an international conference, planning various events for celebrities, television personalities and appointed and elected foreign and national officials.  Along with the planning aspect, I procured liquor, oversaw food and wine pairing, designed event space and oversaw waitstaff for each of these intricate events.

A few of my favorite things include: cheeseburgers, blue jeans, bocce ball, my pup Sassy, Italy, robin’s egg blue, Hall & Oates and champagne.
